□ Re-assured me that they will improve the customer service I thanked him for calling and he diligently went into why they were helping to support their customers and making sure that they retained customers by offering a discount against contracts as a good will gesture. He seemed like a very nice person to start with, actually asking how my day had been and introducing himself as a customer support advisor from my mobile network provider and he was calling to apologise for all the network issues that had been occurring. So yesterday.I actually got told off by the Fraudster who was trying to access my phone account, he called me an idiot and said that I should be ashamed of myself for wasting his time!
